At the beginning of this month Interpublic Group were awarded The Company Award by Women in Marketing. This award recognises best practice in sustained D&I initiatives internally, and industry-wide impact. We were called out for our OPEN D&I programme and UKbyUM research, both of which work to break down stereotypes in advertising.
What an amazing testament to the progressive nature of our company! To collect the award and represent IPG was our very own Caroline Foster Kenny and Helen Ball, COO at MullenLowe, perfect examples of successful women in leadership roles.
