    Caroline Foster Kenny is CEO of IPG Mediabrands across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Caroline has over 25 years of global client leadership and business experience across multiple verticals, spanning all marketing communications.

    Caroline is also part of IPG Mediabrands’ regional leadership team including Leigh Terry, Global CEO, IPG Mediabrands APAC and Andrea Suarez, CEO, IPG Mediabrands LATAM.

    She is a strategic leader and is wholly focused on client growth and service, driving transformation across Mediabrands in EMEA and building upon the entrepreneurial, empowered and dynamic culture that the rest of the global leadership has set in place at Mediabrands.

    Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands in January 2017, Caroline was Global Chief Client Officer at MEC, part of WPP’s GroupM, where she built and grew global client relationships, overseeing MEC’s top 30 global clients and relationships. Caroline was part of the WPP group for nearly 15 years and was previously responsible for the Global Solutions Team, formed of 12 international hubs. She was also a member of MEC’s Global Executive Committee, reporting directly to Charles Courtier, Global CEO.

    Warwick Smith

    Legal & Business Affairs Director, IPG Mediabrands EMEA

    Warwick is the Legal & Business Affairs Director for Mediabrands’ international businesses across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.

    He has been with IPG Mediabrands for over 10 years and supported the creation of Mediabrands and the launch of each new service across the international markets. Warwick currently works with all the network’s brands and is involved in many aspects of the businesses including client negotiations, data governance, financial transparency and intellectual property management.

    Howard Nead

    Howard has over 24 years of media agency experience including time as a buyer, running a fledgling digital division and in account management across a broad spectrum of categories including finance, auto, FMCG, electronics, sport and entertainment.

    For the past 5 years he has been involved in international client management and business development working with global, regional and local teams to service and build relationships with international clients, including running the Sony Mobile business globally from 2011 to 2013.

    He joined IPG Mediabrands in 2013 to develop opportunities across all of the network’s agencies.

    Chris has an extensive career of working with some of the best global brands such as Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, Reckitt Benckiser & McDonald’s. A passion for developing people and teams has resulted in a consistent track record of growing and developing talent, building successful cultures, winning pitches and creating dynamic organizations.

    Currently as President, EMEA at UM Worldwide, Chris provides brand leadership to a network /region of UM market leads, driving organic growth opportunities while leading and supporting UM new business activities and pitches in the region. As a manifester of agility, Chris continuously ensures the delivery of innovation and consistency to UM regional clients and drives the vision of Better Science, Better Art, Better Outcomes across the network. Chris sits on the UM Global Leadership Team and as well as the IPG Mediabrands’ executive team.

    Andy Butters

    Head of Cadreon EMEA

    Andy leads our specialist programmatic buying unit, Cadreon. Covering all markets in EMEA, he is responsible for the growth and development of our 15 market hubs in the region.

    Andy has worked for IPG Mediabrands since 2006 across a number of digital roles, including senior digital position within UM, other specialist business units and not Cadreon. He has worked with key clients including Amazon, Johnson & Johnson and Coke.

    Simon Poole

    Simon Poole

    Managing Director, Orion EMEA

    Simon Poole joined Orion in 2015 as Managing Director, EMEA.  Simon oversees all our Managing Directors across Europe to help maximize all client and sales opportunities.

    Simon brings extensive industry experience to Orion, having most recently served as Trading Director at Channel 5, where he led a large sales department and oversaw successfully negotiated deals worth in excess of £300M.  Prior to that, he was Group Sales Director at ESI Media where he oversaw the Evening Standard, The Independent and I, and launched London LiveTV. He also spent time as Joint Managing Director at Miroma, an independent U.K. barter company he successfully helped grow. Simon has also held several high level positions at GMTV, GGT, Leo Burnett, and CIA Media. He started his career at Central Television.

    Simon received a degree in Economics and Business Economics from Hull University.  He is happily married with 3 sons and enjoys skiing, golf, and football in his free time.

    Chris Marjoram

    Chris is MD of Rapport EMEA, the Out of Home Media Planning & Buying Agency and part of IPG Mediabrands.

    He is responsible for Rapport’s growth and development in a sector that is undergoing significant and rapid change. Chris became Managing Director of ipm in 2010 and re branded to Rapport in 2012 with a brand proposition of Reward Connections. Rapport have direct client appointments to Sky TV, 20th Century Fox & Suzuki as well as working for clients within Mediabrands. In 2016 Rapport set up District 326 for local clients and agencies including MAG & AdGen.

    Chris started life in Account Management at Grey Advertising before moving into media. He was Sales and Marketing Director at JC Decaux Airports in the UK & USA before starting up an international planning and buying agency for IPM (subsequently Rapport) with clients including Sun Microsystems, MasterCard, Samsung Electronics, JTI (Japan Tobacco) & Boeing.

    Phil is Commercial Director for UK, Ireland and MB International. He is responsible for ensuring all financial targets are delivered across each entity and of course across MB UK, Ireland and ICS in total. This role involves setting each business unit revenue targets for their clients across their own agency plus individual client contributions towards Cadreon, Society, Reprise, Ansible, Rapport, Orion and Marketing Sciences then meeting fortnightly to track forecasts vs those targets.

    He plays a pivotal role in the Commercial strategy of the business and develops, leads and manages all commercial activities of Mediabrands. Working in partnership with the Managing Directors of each agency he develops and implements an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy and ensures that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved. His role provides strategic counsel on financial aspects of client accounts within Mediabrands UK and Ireland including the Digital and Insights team as well as each agency brand and ensures account profitability across these, focusing on revenue, growth, organic revenue, contracts and contract compliance.

    A passionate, innovative thinker with significant UK leadership experience, Rachel Forde was appointed CEO of UM UK in July 2018.

    Prior to UM, as CEO, she led the team that rebranded Mediavest to Spark Foundry in 2017. Rachel has spent the majority of her 20+ year career in London; with a large part across Proctor and Gamble. She notably brought 4 agencies together to form the client dedicated agency model; P&G United: integrating global, regional and local planning and buying, under Starcom Mediavest Group.

    Rachel has worked across a wealth of sectors, including several top clients Wyeth, Kraft, Muller, Universal Pictures, Kering and MGRover.

    Throughout her career she has led highly diverse teams, which have transformed clients’ businesses and earned numerous awards, judging many awards herself. Rachel makes a point to surround herself with, and hire people who have a passion for work, and a passion for life, but above all, a sense of humour.

    As an active member of WACL, Rachel is a regular champion of diversity and chair of the Future Leaders Award committee, which recognises rising female talent and supports then with training bursaries. She is also a regular contributor on panels and industry affairs. 

    At home, she loves rambling around Richmond Park with her husband, 2 girls and dog and as a seasoned traveller, Rachel is always looking out for her next adventure abroad.

    Richard is CEO of Initiative, committed to helping our clients’ brands take the initiative in culture. Previously, Richard has led global client relationships for DIAGEO and Burberry, and been Managing Director and Head of Planning for 2 major UK Media agencies.

    During his time in UK roles, Richard was named a Campaign Top 10 Planner for five consecutive years. He is driven by client success and agency growth through strategy and innovation and is passionate about media’s ability to transform clients’ businesses.

    Richard is a founding partner of arteverywhere.org.uk, and a member of the IPA Media Futures Group.

    Craig Lister

    Managing Director, Reprise Network UK

    Craig started his career in Direct Marketing in the mid 90’s working across traditional direct response media and studying at night to attain an Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma.

    At Mediabrands, he uses his experience to work with a host of global B2B and B2C brands to ensure search meets business objectives and continually delivers increased return on investment. Alongside Jason Carter, Craig was instrumental in the acquisition of Leeds & London based digital marketing agency, Stickyeyes, who joined the IPG family in 2016.

    In his career he has also worked across TV, radio, outdoor, traditional direct mail, email, digital and search. Creating and implementing both brand and direct response campaigns.
