Caroline has over 25 years of global client leadership and business experience across multiple verticals, spanning all marketing communications. Focusing primarily on client relations, Caroline provides strategic leadership to create communications solutions that will ultimately foster business growth. Her business acumen will help build upon the entrepreneurial, empowered and dynamic culture of IPG Mediabrands EMEA.
Ian is CFO of IPG Mediabrands, EMEA region and has over 10 years of experience at Interpublic Group, across both Creative and Media networks. He has lived and worked in Australia and Singapore and has management experience of 34 international markets and transactional M&A experience in 9 markets.
Prior to joining the Interpublic Group, Ian started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent three years on secondment in Sydney, Australia, as well as working for extended periods of time out of the PwC offices in both South Africa and China.
In an exciting, but challenging, communications landscape, Russell leads the UM London office and is responsible for ensuring the UM London product is continually evolving. His 25+ years of media experience gives him a holistic perspective of marketing communications and how they contribute to meeting a client’s business objectives.
In his time at UM, Russell has managed a number of longstanding client relationships and overseen the creation of highly effective award winning work. He has also been pivotal in a number of successful new business pitches including, Burton’s Biscuit Co, Nickelodeon, Dairy Crest, General Mills, Rockstar Games and Gallo Family Vineyards.
Robyn Orr is the Head of Mediabrands International, at Mediabrands London.
Robyn received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Arizona and is in the process of completing an M.B.A. with London Business School.
Robyn has 12 years of experience in media planning, buying, operations and account leadership, with a depth of experience on Global accounts, within digital and in the tech sector.
Jason is responsible for the development of Mediabrands digital services across the EMEA region. He joined Mediabrands back in 2003 to run the Microsoft / Xbox digital business and went on to successfully launch our search, programmatic, mobile and social offerings. In 2016, he was instrumental in the acquisition of mobile strategy agency, Mubaloo and digital marketing agency, Stickyeyes.
Jason’s digital understanding is second to none and his experience in the space extends back to 1997. He is hugely passionate about digital and data powered marketing in general. He ensures that clients access the best digital thinking, services and people.
Warwick is the Legal & Business Affairs Director for Mediabrands’ international businesses across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
He has been with IPG Mediabrands for almost 10 years and supported the creation of Mediabrands and the launch of each new service across the international markets. Warwick currently works with all the network’s brands and is involved in many aspects of the businesses including client negotiations, data governance, financial transparency and intellectual property management.
Sarah first joined the IPG family in 2008. With experience in media auditing and global investment management, Sarah now leads the MAGNA EMEA team in London and is also responsible for managing several of MAGNA’s global client relationships.
Sarah’s experience grounds her client oriented approach – she began her career in media auditing and held roles in international client service at Initiative prior to joining MAGNA.
She is now focused on enhancing our EMEA operations, establishing transparent client relationships that deliver results, and propelling our approach to measuring media forward.
Craig started his career in Direct Marketing in the mid 90’s working across traditional direct response media and studying at night to attain an Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma.
At Mediabrands, he uses his experience to work with a host of global B2B and B2C brands to ensure search meets business objectives and continually delivers increased return on investment. Alongside Jason Carter, Craig was instrumental in the acquisition of Leeds & London based digital marketing agency, Stickyeyes, who joined the IPG family in 2016.
In his career he has also worked across TV, radio, outdoor, traditional direct mail, email, digital and search. Creating and implementing both brand and direct response campaigns.
Howard has over 24 years of media agency experience including time as a buyer, running a fledgling digital division and in account management across a broad spectrum of categories including finance, auto, FMCG, electronics, sport and entertainment.
For the past 5 years he has been involved in international client management and business development working with global, regional and local teams to service and build relationships with international clients, including running the Sony Mobile business globally from 2011 to 2013.
He joined IPG Mediabrands in 2013 to develop opportunities across all of the network’s agencies.
As Head of Communications for IPG Mediabrands, EMEA, Alice oversees the PR, Comms and Marketing function for the network in the region, working closely with Global Corporate Comms in New York and with an additional focus on the UK market.
Based in Mediabrands’ EMEA hub in London, her team is part of the Global Growth Group – and are closely linked with new business and prospecting strategies. Within this group, Alice is responsible for establishing a robust regional communications strategy to help the business to grow and prosper, working with experts in each market to roll the strategy out across the region.
She is passionate about her work and is wholly focused on growing the company’s reputation through internal and external comms, PR, digital and social marketing, events, awards programmes, thought leadership and media relations.
