IPG Mediabrands Named UK Top 100 Employer for Apprentices
Last night, IPG Mediabrands was recognised at the prestigious Apprenticeship Awards as a UK Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer, a list compiled annually by the National Apprenticeship Service.
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers’ list features organisations that have displayed the highest standard of excellence in employing apprentices. This is the first time IPG Mediabrands has been recognised as the sole media agency to be in the Top 100 employers list.
Since 2014, IPG Mediabrands has been working in partnership with Arch Apprentices to hire dynamic new talent across our agencies UM and Initiative, and in areas ranging from programmatic, to broadcast, through to publishing and ad operations. The benefits have included the ability to hire from a larger, more diverse talent pool and giving young talent the chance to enter the workplace without a degree.
