Christian Scholz Appointed CEO of Initiative Germany
Initiative is delighted to welcome Christian Scholz as new CEO of Initiative Germany (Hamburg). As a results-driven, energetic and business growth oriented manager, Christian is a prestigious and experienced industry veteran.
Starting his new position as CEO of Initiative Germany in October 2016, Christian will continue the successful growth of the agency. Together with Mathias Glatter, COO Initiative Germany and the Initiative management team he’ll ensure the strategic and dynamic development of Initiative within the market and the consistent expansion of the agency’s digital business.

Christian Scholz formerly worked as CEO for the German Mindshare business in Frankfurt where he was also entrusted with the digital expansion of the agency.
As a member of the European Initiative Board and Global Council, Christian is furthermore responsible for the product and service development at international level.
