Matt Morgan named Managing Partner for Digital, UM London
UM London has appointed Matt Morgan – who many of you will know as a familiar face in Mediabrands’ digital space – as Managing Partner for Digital.
In line with the network’s commitment to changing the digital agenda, Matt will take the lead in driving digital transformation at UM – tasked with fostering a culture of innovation and developing new ways of collaboration under a new, integrated planning model.
He will also be the digital focal point for UM London’s key clients, leading strategic digital projects and working alongside the planning teams to determine a clear digital vision for each brand.
The role is a homecoming of sorts, as previously Matt was account lead at UM London for Xbox EMEA, Mastercard and Bacardi, before moving onto other agency roles. He went on to lead digital strategy and planning at Manning Gottlieb OMD for Apple and Sony Entertainment in the UK, before returning to IPG Mediabrands in 2014 as Digital Strategy Director for EMEA.
